WHAT YOU’LL DO In this role, you’ll own pricing performance across the entire sales lifecycle—ensuring every proposal is not only fast and competitive but also profitable and aligned with our underwriting standards. You’ll lead a small, high-performing team, work closely with Sales and Account Management, and drive strategic decisions that directly impact growth, margin, and client retention. Lead enterprise pricing strategy: Own end-to-end pricing from pitch to close across all products. Ensure every proposal is competitive, fast, and profitable—no matter the complexity.

Drive execution through a high-performing team: Manage and develop a pricing team that executes quickly, makes smart decisions, and influences growth. No hand-holding.

Control risk while supporting growth: Make the tough calls on deals. Maintain margin discipline. Improve pricing impact through data, insight, and underwriting rigor.

Partner closely with Sales: Sit side-by-side with Sales leadership. Influence pipeline strategy, increase attach rates, and reduce cycle times through smarter pricing.

Lead repricing and retention strategy: Lead repricing actions and support Account Management on retention, with pricing that defends business and drives profitability.

WHAT YOU BRING Direct experience working with or inside Sales—someone who understands urgency and can deliver.

Proven ability to lead and grow a small team of high-output, analytical professionals.

Track record of making pricing decisions that protect margin and win deals.

Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance speed, accuracy, and risk.

Hands-on with data, sharp with analysis, and confident making calls without escalation.

Competitive Pay & Benefits:

We believe in recognizing and rewarding your hard work with competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a commitment to your well-being. The pay range for this role is $99,670.00 - $137,046.00 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
