Reporting to the Director of Clinical and Specialized Services, this position is responsible for the oversight and supervision of the Client Resource Center (CRC), including clinical services and project activities.

Responsibilities include: Developing, implementing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures, including the rights of offenders at the program; Providing mental health individual counseling services for CRC clients; Overseeing the licensed DMHAS program; Managing the program's managerial, operational, fiscal, and reporting components; Participating in developing a quality assurance plan for offender care and staff performance; Additional duties: Assigning duties to personnel based on their education, training, and competencies; Providing staff education and training; Establishing communication and liaison with program staff, support services, community resources, and offenders; Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, community service providers, and program participants; Ensuring contract compliance and collaboration with the NJSPB; Promoting community acceptance of correctional programs; Supporting staff through open communication, delegation, and trust; Coordinating employment placement efforts with business service representatives and employment specialists; Collecting and maintaining employment and program data for audits; Reviewing program activities to meet outcome measurements; Performing other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Abilities, and Experience: Knowledge of:

Federal, State, and Local employment laws; employment principles; work ethics; contract requirements; employer incentives; OJT contract procedures; clinical treatment services. Ability to:

Supervise CRC and clinical staff effectively; communicate clearly with all levels; plan and organize resources; meet contract requirements; travel regionally and maintain a flexible schedule. Academic and Work Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of related experience, including one year of managerial experience. MA or MSW, and licensure such as LAC, LPC, LCSW, or LCADC.
