Personal Injury Litigation Attorney
to join a dynamic law firm in the Myrtle Beach, SC area. What You’ll Do as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney: In this role, you will handle a variety of personal injury litigation matters from start to finish. Specifically, you will: Represent clients in court and legal proceedings Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and more Walk clients through every step of the legal process Work with expert witnesses and prepare reports Appear at depositions, mediations, and hearings Travel throughout SC for court appearances when needed What We're Looking For: To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring both experience and dedication. Ideal candidates will have: A JD and South Carolina Bar membership At least 1-3 years of litigation experience Solid legal writing and research skills Confidence in handling evidence and witness interviews Willingness to travel, work overtime, and lift document boxes when needed What's in it for you?
