Director of Human Resources – Dallas, TX Our client is seeking an experienced HR leader to partner closely with senior leadership, shape culture, and build a high-performing HR function in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. This role is both strategic and hands-on, blending long-term planning with day-to-day execution. It reports directly to the CEO and supports a workforce of 2,500+ employees across Texas and Oklahoma. What You’ll Do Lead the development, enhancement, and execution of the HR function to align with business goals. Act as a strategic advisor and HR business partner to the executive team and leaders across all corporate functions. Design and implement initiatives in career pathing, onboarding, recognition, and performance management. Provide coaching and tools to help managers become strong, effective people leaders. Balance big-picture strategy with rolling up your sleeves to manage critical priorities. What We’re Looking For 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including
5+ years leading and building an HR function . Strong knowledge of employment laws, benefits administration, and safety programs. Skilled in change management, coaching, and process improvement. Bilingual in Spanish (verbal and written) a plus. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment — equally comfortable designing the HR vision and building the processes to bring it to life.
