MP&S partners with Apple’s Global Marketing Communications group to oversee advertising and marketing initiatives, ensuring the flawless development and execution of world-class communications. As a Product Manager, you will lead Marcom’s middleware services supporting apple.com, a showcase for Internet standards and innovation, and a key part of our product marketing strategy. Your responsibilities include managing applications and middleware for the content management platform supporting product launches, campaigns, and corporate initiatives. You will collaborate with partner teams to develop and enhance this platform. Key responsibilities include: Gathering requirements to develop strategic, tactical, and detailed project plans, objectives, and schedules aligning with department needs. Influencing roadmaps for internal and external teams to maintain high-quality customer experience for our content management platform. Summarizing high-level concepts and business directions clearly across all organizational levels. Collaborating with partners, building relationships, and leading multidisciplinary teams toward goals. Escalating issues that differ from estimates and tracking delivery changes. Recommending solutions to improve customer experience and standing behind the right solutions.
