The LNN Property Management Representative investigates, negotiates, and resolves disputes with landlords of non-traditional and new concept locations. This role handles lease administration, including conducting desktop audits of year-end reconciliations, creating new store profiles, and maintaining databases. The representative reviews and approves moderate to advanced charges/expenses for accuracy, verifies them against leases, resolves property management issues, and acts as a liaison between local operators and landlords. The position works closely with Operations to understand business needs and ensure operational compliance in non-traditional venues. Responsibilities
Investigate, negotiate, and resolve property disputes with landlords, maintaining relationships and interpreting flexible lease language. Review and approve charges/expenses, verifying accuracy against leases. Collaborate with Operations to understand business needs and ensure compliance, attending regional meetings and analyzing lease-related issues. Perform property inspections, oversee repairs and maintenance, monitor store move-outs, and enforce occupancy rules. Prepare Lease Term Sheets (LTS) for new stores accurately and timely. Analyze trends, identify issues, and recommend solutions; prepare reports as needed. Maintain database accuracy, including tracking key dates, lease abstracts, and summaries. Benefits

Pay range: $72,500 - $101,500 annually, determined by experience and location. Additional Information
