The Business Intelligence Specialist will develop and lead business intelligence solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), including NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW). This role will work closely with teams across the organization to integrate data from multiple systems, build scalable reporting, and deliver insights that support data-driven decision making.
Must be authorized to work in the United States to be considered. Essential Functions:
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using OAC and NSAW.
Integrate and model data from NetSuite and other internal systems to support cross-functional reporting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and performance across reporting assets.
Recommend BI practices, standards, and documentation approaches.
Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and reporting needs.
Help establish a roadmap for expanding BI capabilities over time.
Work Experience:
5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics roles.
Hands-on experience with modern BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modeling and transformation.
Experience working with multiple data sources and delivering actionable dashboards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and/or NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW).
Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP systems.
Experience working in mid-size or growing business environments.
Education

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management Information Systems or a related field Company Culture:
