Senior Project Manager

Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our project site in Honolulu, Hawaii. Job Description : As a Senior Project Manager reporting to the President, you will: Manage project budgets, schedules, and costs to minimize exposure and risk. Ensure procurement and proposal development activities progress on schedule. Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and joint venture partners. Coordinate efforts among all project stakeholders, including the owner, architect, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors. Monitor and report construction progress regularly and hold status meetings with clients and the team. Maintain strict adherence to quality and safety standards. Assist with post-bid work plans, procurement, scheduling, and cost control. Participate in production tracking and post-job analysis. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or similar. 15+ years’ experience in drilled shaft installation. At least 2 years of experience working over waterways via barges or trestles. 5+ years’ experience as a responsible project manager. 5+ years’ experience as a responsible estimator. Experience in constructing CIDH piles, retaining walls, shoring, and tie-backs. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Join us to build extraordinary projects with exceptional talent.
