DESCRIPTION We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, distribution, and facility maintenance. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient operations and achieving productivity targets while maintaining high standards for safety, compliance, and quality. Key Responsibilities Oversee all warehouse functions including receiving, inventory, storage, distribution, and shipping Strategically manage warehouse operations in alignment with company policies and goals Design and maintain an optimized warehouse layout for maximum space utilization Enforce operational procedures and policies to drive efficiency and consistency Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards Monitor stock levels and reconcile inventory with warehouse management systems Prepare and manage the annual warehouse budget Serve as liaison with clients, suppliers, and transportation providers Plan and manage staff schedules, assign tasks, and evaluate performance Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance goals Generate and review regular reports including inbound/outbound flow and inventory accuracy Collect and respond to customer and internal feedback to improve service quality Oversee preventative maintenance and repair of all warehouse systems including building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, security, dock doors), equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, sweepers, cranes, racking systems), and shipping/receiving tools (scales, scanners, data collectors) Qualifications Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices Demonstrated success implementing process improvements Familiarity with key warehouse performance metrics (KPIs) Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and databases Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
