We are seeking an experienced
Contract Project Manager
with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry to lead a
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP deployment . This role is expected to last 6 months and needs someone comfortable commuting to Devans, MA 2-3 times a week. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in ERP implementation, master data management, documentation control, and delivering projects in a
GxP-compliant environment . This role requires exceptional organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful delivery of the project from planning through go-live and stabilization. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a
D365 ERP deployment
within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. Manage
project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets
to ensure successful delivery. Oversee
master data migration, governance, and validation
activities. Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and finance. Ensure
compliance with GxP and other regulatory requirements
throughout the project lifecycle. Help train other team members Develop, maintain, and control
project documentation
including project plans, risk logs, change controls, and status reports. Facilitate project governance meetings and provide regular updates to senior leadership. Collaborate with ERP vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Qualifications & Experience 5+ years
of project management experience, with at least
3 years in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry . Proven track record
of delivering ERP projects, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365. Strong knowledge of
master data management
and ERP data structures. Experience working in
GxP-regulated environments
and familiarity with relevant compliance standards. Proficiency in
project management tools
(MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
preferred.
