2:00pm to 10:30pm 3rd Shift:

10:00pm to 6:30am Compensation: $32.00/hour + OT with advancement opportunities in as little as 6 months (guaranteed pay increase April 2026) Incentive Pay: Up to an additional $10.38/hour based on skills demonstrated during the interview and validated via assessments post-hire. Company Paid

Position Overview: Were seeking a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic to support a high-volume liquid food manufacturing facility. In this role, youll be part of a team that keeps the plant running safely and efficiently by performing mechanical and electrical maintenance on a wide range of industrial production equipment. Youll work closely with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime, respond to equipment issues, and support continuous improvement projects.

What Youll Do Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot high-speed processing and packaging machinery Perform work on motor circuits, PLCs,

pneumatic/hydraulic

systems, and electrical controls Rebuild pumps, conveyors, and gearboxes; change belts, bearings, and chains Diagnose root causes and implement corrective actions to minimize recurring issues Preventative Maintenance & Safety Execute preventive maintenance per established schedules and SOPs Use CMMS system to log work orders, maintenance tasks, and repair records Maintain shop cleanliness and safety in accordance with OSHA, LOTO, GMP, and food safety standards Support plant safety initiatives including safety walkthroughs, hazard identification, and compliance reporting Team Collaboration Work with other maintenance team members on complex repairs or heavy lifts Communicate issues to supervisors and assist in equipment installations or upgrades Support operational uptime and production goals

What You Bring At least 25 years of industrial maintenance experience (food manufacturing or similar preferred) Hands-on experience with motors, drives, conveyors, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in hot, humid environments around processing equipment
