Job Description
A self-starter who demonstrates intellectual curiosity for solving difficult problems with strong technical knowledge and a hands-on approach to using data assets effectively.
Provide technical leadership in generating business insights from big data, identifying impactful recommendations, and communicating findings to clients.
Deliver data-driven insights to functional teams to drive impactful decisions, operational improvements, and enhance customer experience.
Deep understanding of Sales analytics with the ability to develop insights in a functional, agnostic manner.
Conduct complex root cause analysis on business problems in collaboration with Data Scientists, IT, and end users to inform business decisions.
Synthesize ideas and proposals in writing, engage in discussions with partners, and use predictive modeling to optimize customer experiences, revenue, and data insights.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Finance, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience with advanced analytics and data preparation.
Proficiency in open-source data science and statistics packages such as Python, R, Spark, etc.
Advanced SQL skills and data manipulation capabilities.
Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, etc.
Experience integrating multiple data sources.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Finance, or related field.
Proven effective communication skills with upper management across business functions.
Experience working within an agile/scrum team environment.
Strong business acumen and collaboration skills, with the ability to respond to operational needs.
