This role involves working across the entire RPA lifecycle, from translating system requirements into the design and development of customized systems in an Agile environment utilizing the Automation Anywhere A360 product. The candidate will design, develop, implement, and maintain RPA solutions that support AI initiatives which empower the business with timely, actionable information. The RPA Analyst needs to be a self-starter and extremely thorough in their work under limited supervision. Essential Duties: Deliver technology-specific customized automation solutions including all work necessary through completion by providing end-to-end system engineering, solution design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and operations and maintenance of automation solutions which meet user standards and requirements. Develop new automation solutions and sustain or enhance legacy applications that provide tools, capabilities, and services. Coordinate and communicate across functional units to develop, implement, and maintain new initiatives. Support ad-hoc service requests. Participate in team and client interactions to develop RPA solutions suited to specific business needs. Required Skills: 5 years’ experience with Agile (SCRUM/Kanban) methodologies. Experience with automated testing and deployment is a plus. Hands-on programming/scripting experience aligned with RPA and robotic implementations. Proficiency with RPA tools (Automation Anywhere A360, IQ Bot) and SQL Server. Proficiency with scripting tools (VBA, SQL, JavaScript, JSON) and programming (Excel/CSV, REST/SOAP, API, .NET, Java, ETL). Competencies: Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment Attention to Detail Effective communication skills Flexibility and multitasking ability Application of software engineering concepts Self-management of projects and deadlines Impact and Influential skills Interpersonal awareness Motivated self-starter with quick learning ability Results-oriented focus Technical acumen in software development and Agile methodology Technical Skills: Mapping processes and translating into automated steps Working with stakeholders to define and automate manual rules Creating robust attended/unattended automations Administering control room including roles and credentials Developing scalable RPA client solutions Refining automation based on user feedback Identifying root causes of defects and resolving them Experience with version control systems (Visual SVN, Github) Experience, Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least five years of systems engineering experience.
