Marketing Insights Researcher

to join our Outbound Brand team, working with our marketing organization to shape how people realize the promise of Facebook. The marketing team is tasked with evolving our marketing practices, bringing our promise to people in multiple ways wherever they are. This role focuses on delivering our message across various channels, identifying mutually beneficial partnerships that align with our strategy, and creating synergies that enhance consumer experience. While we run campaigns, much of our work involves meeting people where they are through resourceful and evergreen methods, which you will help create and optimize. A successful candidate will identify gaps between a brand's current and desired states, determine suitable partnerships, and activate these ideas effectively. You are an experienced researcher committed to making impactful change. Responsibilities:

Develop learning agendas to support business goals. Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research to support decision-making, strategic planning, and shape marketing/brand strategies, campaign development, product development, and retail/channel strategies. Translate research findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations. Produce highly effective communications that motivate application of learnings across marketing and organizational teams. Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of research experience with expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods, applied in a business context to drive decisions and identify new opportunities. Proven experience in shaping insights-driven marketing campaigns and product launches, focusing on strategy, alignment, and business outcomes. Strong strategic skills: experience building brand strategies, navigating ambiguity, problem-solving, setting priorities, and driving learning agendas with minimal guidance. Highly curious and strategic thinker, skilled at identifying key questions, opportunities, and innovative thinking. Experience working effectively in dynamic environments, with the ability to pivot and focus on areas of greatest opportunity, managing limited resources like running a small business. Experience implementing large marketing efforts across various channels without reliance on traditional television ads, demonstrating familiarity with alternative marketing tactics. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with multi-channel marketing integrating communications, on-platform strategies, creator-driven programming, and traditional ads. 3+ years at an agency specializing in alternative marketing, such as brand activations, partnerships, real-life integrations, or influencer strategies. Deep knowledge of identifying and implementing partnerships, social, and activation marketing. About Meta: Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
