Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis:
Partner with business strategic planning, analytics, and finance to create repeatable evaluation and forecasting models that inform the business and product roadmap. Collaboration:
Work closely with various functions across the organization to manage and prioritize the Apple TV+ roadmap. Operations:
Define, manage, and optimize the process for reviewing and prioritizing initiatives based on financial success, customer needs, engineering capacity, and product feasibility. Lead fiscal planning cycles:
Collaborate with other services and functions to lead TV line of business planning and present progress to leadership. Project Management:
Demonstrate strong project management skills, understanding dependencies, scaling risks, and influencing stakeholders to achieve business results. Communication:
Exhibit exceptional communication skills to influence and coordinate with stakeholders at various levels, balancing functional and business needs. Minimum Qualifications
At least 8 years of experience in program/project management within large-scale organizations. Experience managing cross-functional teams using established frameworks and effective communication strategies. Proven ability to balance multiple priorities, collaborate across functions, and work with limited resources. Experience scaling programs globally with an understanding of regional nuances. Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of product management, roadmaps, and engineering developments. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to inform strategic decisions. Problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and creativity. Curiosity, innovation, and a big-picture approach. Compensation includes a base pay range from $139,800 to $260,800, depending on skills and experience.
