Director, CCIA Product Portfolio Strategy & Enablement . This role supports defining and prioritizing the immunoassay innovation pipeline, leading cross-functional initiatives, and building capabilities across the product lifecycle. Located at our Center of Excellence in Chaska, MN, this position offers a remote option for highly qualified candidates. The role involves establishing portfolio strategy, partnering with leadership, improving product management processes, and leading cross-portfolio initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Managing product development and lifecycle strategies Building relationships across departments Enhancing product management processes Translating customer insights into product strategies Minimum requirements: 20+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 18+ years with a Master's/Doctorate in relevant fields Proven success in product innovation/lifecycle management in diagnostics or related industries Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills Willingness to travel up to 20%, including international travel Preferred qualifications: 5+ years in strategy consulting or product management Advanced degrees preferred Experience managing teams and in immunoassay diagnostics The salary range is $200,000 - $250,000, plus bonus and comprehensive benefits.
