to partner with our Principal/Owners and lead everything in the firm

except

Responsibilities

What You’ll Own

You will oversee

all

operational functions of the firm, including

Strategic Planning & Execution – Drive initiatives from concept to measurable results Financial Management – Oversee budgets, cash flow forecasting, and vendor relationships (bookkeeping, accounting, technology) Systems & Process Optimization – Build systems that run the business, and empower people to run the systems People Leadership – Recruit, develop, engage, and hold accountable a high-performing team Operational Oversight – Ensure compliance, efficiency, and consistent delivery of a stellar client experience

Qualifications

You’re Right For This Role If You Have

Proven success managing 15+ team members and budgets of $10M+ Track record of process refinement and systems management that improved efficiency and client satisfaction Expertise in financial reporting (P&L, budget variance, KPI dashboards) to inform decision-making Experience leading culture change and building strong teams Vendor management skills across finance, technology, and operations A leadership style that blends high standards with high empathy
