Set Vision & Strategy
Drive bold strategic planning and ensure mission alignment across all initiatives.
Build cross-sector partnerships with education, tech, workforce, and nonprofit leaders.
Serve as the public face and voice of TechPoint Youth, amplifying our impact across Indiana and beyond.
Fuel Our Mission
Lead a comprehensive fundraising strategy, securing major gifts, grants, and sponsorships to meet annual fundraising targets and support organizational growth.
Identify, cultivate and steward relationships with donors, corporate partners, and foundations.
Grow Programs & Outcomes
Oversee the design, execution, and evaluation of STEM programs that prioritize access, representation, and measurable results.
Build systems for learning, innovation, and measuring impact of new and existing programs.
Empower staff to lead with excellence and continuous improvement to drive program effectiveness.
Inspire Others
Represent TechPoint Youth at key events, conferences, and policy discussions.
Shape public narratives about youth potential, STEM equity, and inclusive innovation.
Build partnerships with Indiana education, workforce and community leaders to advance impact across Indiana’s STEM ecosystem.
Foster a culture of belonging - internally and externally.
Lead With Integrity
Partner with the Board to guide governance, strategic execution, and organizational health.
Oversee operations, finance, and compliance with a lens of integrity and sustainability.
Build a workplace culture rooted in learning, transparency, innovation and shared purpose.
Who You Are
We don’t expect you to check every box—but here’s what we’re looking for: Must-Haves
Minimum of 5+ years prior experience in the nonprofit or public sector with development and operations experience; Experience in STEM, education or youth programs.
Minimum of 3+ years in a leadership position with direct supervision of staff and ability to coach, manage and develop a high-performing team in an environment that encourages and supports staff autonomy.
Track record of fundraising success, particularly in major gifts or institutional giving
Proven strategic planning abilities, and successful financial budgeting and management
Deep commitment to equity, access, and systemic change
Experience managing varied and multi-dimensional partnerships
A high EQ and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Bonus Points For
Background in youth development, education policy, or workforce equity
Experience working with or reporting to a Board of Directors
Familiarity with Indiana’s education or STEM ecosystem
Lived experience that reflects the communities we serve

Full-Time, Exempt
Location:
Hybrid – 2-3 days/week in-office (Indianapolis) + travel across Indiana as needed
