Pay range: $12.00 - 13.26/hr on w2 (All inclusive)
Hours: 18-25 hours a week. Start Time: 5:30am
Job Description:
Manually extracts mailed in payments with the assistance of OPEX Falcon machine. Once the mail is extracted it is placed in a specific sort pattern and scanned onto the Falcon Software for processing, exceptions and correspondence are batched then forwarded for processing. A close attention to detail is required to ensure that the works is properly scanned/batched for processing. (i.e. staples removed, checks and documents facing the correct way, batches scanned in the correct order and marked correctly, etc.) Envelope/paper clean up at the end of the day is required. A twelve-hour day on Monday's should be expected. Must be self-motivated and a team player. Must be able to produce high quality work in a minimal amount of time. Must be punctual and dependable. Must be available to work extra time if needed. Must be able to lift up to 20lbs.
