Vice President of Service Construction

to lead and grow our electrical service division in Austin, TX. This executive-level role is ideal for a strategic leader with a strong background in electrical project management, 24/7 service operations, and business development. Key Responsibilities Division Leadership : Oversee all aspects of the service construction division, including operations, staffing, budgeting, and strategic planning. Project Management : Lead and support complex electrical construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability. 24/7 Service Department Oversight : Manage a high-performing, around-the-clock service team, ensuring rapid response and customer satisfaction. Sales & Client Development : Drive business development efforts, build client relationships, and identify new revenue opportunities in the service market. Cost-to-Complete Forecasting : Implement and maintain accurate cost-to-complete projections and financial reporting for all service projects. Team Development : Mentor and develop project managers, service technicians, and support staff to ensure operational excellence and career growth. Qualifications Minimum

10+ years of experience

in the electrical construction industry, with at least

5 years in a senior leadership or division manager role . Proven track record managing

24/7 service departments

and delivering high-quality electrical solutions under tight deadlines. Strong background in

project management , including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Demonstrated success in

sales and client relationship management

within the construction or electrical services sector. Expertise in

cost-to-complete forecasting

and financial oversight of service projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field .
