Seeking Senior Cloud Infra Consultant LeapThought is looking for a Senior Cloud Infra Consultant to join our growing team at the forefront of the digitalisation sector within the built environment industry. Applicants should have 5 to 15 years of IT experience and 8 to 10 years of consulting experience in IT Implementation for Digital Transformation and Lifecycle Management: Ability to independently create migration plans using the Cloud Adoption Framework, designing solutions that meet business needs, ensure project success, and integrate essential infrastructure and DevOps technologies. Collaborate with Cloud Solution Architects to develop enterprise solutions on AWS and Azure aligned with Well-Architected framework principles, including performance, security, operational excellence, reliability, and cost-efficiency. Resolve technical issues demonstrating the value of Azure and AWS technologies within end-to-end enterprise solutions. Develop and execute a Multi-Cloud Strategy for environments utilizing Azure and AWS, ensuring seamless integration and operation across platforms. Experience working with large enterprises on consulting, process improvement, and IT implementation is preferred. Requirements

AWS and Azure Certified Cloud Architect. Experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Data Analytics, Networking, Security, cloud-native architecture, DevOps & CI/CD tools, container orchestration, AI/ML, IoT. Large-scale implementation experience on Azure & AWS Cloud. Understanding of Hybrid & Cloud Networking and Cloud Native Security Technologies. Experience with Azure and AWS DevOps and Implementation. Proven ability to migrate large enterprise applications to the cloud. Proficiency with Containers, Micro-Services, and Kubernetes. Experience in Digital Transformation and Lifecycle Management products. Experience with Leap Thought Fulcrum+ Design and Implementation. Background in Transportation and Engineering Industries. Solid understanding of Active Directory, VMWare, Windows Server, Linux, Storage (NAS, SAN), Databases, Networking, Web services, and File transfer protocols. Deep knowledge of infrastructure, database technologies, cybersecurity, and cloud environment challenges. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills for managing complex projects. Global mindset, flexibility, and geographic mobility. Passion for technology and a good grasp of the IT industry. Strategic thinking and capability to deliver impactful outcomes in complex projects. Additional responsibilities include: Ensuring solutions meet IM8 security standards. Leading engineering teams for large-scale migrations and cloud infrastructure optimization. Leading Assessment & Discovery workshops, designing cloud architectures, and implementing client solutions.
