You will engage in one or more of the following tasks to improve the Apple cameras’ video and image quality: Develop new ISP processing algorithms and control algorithms. Develop algorithms to correct various camera sensor and lens effects. Tune various ISP blocks to improve image and video quality. Set up pixel pipelines effectively for various quality and power/performance requirements. Minimum Qualifications
Deep understanding of image signal processing for digital cameras. Good understanding of camera sensors and optics. Self-driven approach to work, focused on timely problem identification, prototyping solutions, and validation. Proven experience in camera imaging algorithm development, using traditional image processing techniques and machine learning. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with design, control, and tuning of an ISP pipeline. Understanding of trade-offs involved in defining image quality output from an ISP pipeline. At Apple, base pay is part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this role is between $147,400 and $272,100, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
