Job Description
The Sr. Performance Assurance Consultant ensures a positive client experience by developing and managing deliverables. Responsibilities include managing project operations, troubleshooting HVAC controls issues, and serving as the primary client contact. The role is crucial for the success of performance guarantees and issue resolution. Character Requirements:

Position Responsibilities: Diagnose complex system problems Lead and manage client-specific tasks Manage communication between client and Energy Bureau Ensure accurate savings reporting Verify performance of Energy Conservation Measures Collaborate with engineers and technicians Perform site services as needed Design remote monitoring plans for BAS systems Assist clients with BAS operations and software issues Provide Energy Management guidance Estimate hardware/software changes and problem solutions Provide client training Essential Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years in service industry or equivalent Experience with Building Automation Systems Project management skills Strong time management and organization Proficiency in Microsoft Office and task management tools Excellent analytical and communication skills Proven customer service record Physical Demands:
Includes moving over uneven surfaces, lifting, and transporting equipment during site visits. Work Environment:
