As a Materials Management Analyst II at Honeywell, you will contribute to the success of the materials management process and team. Your primary objectives include optimizing supply chain efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support production schedules. You will report directly to the Sr. Materials Management Manager and work on-site at our Shreveport, LA location. This role impacts and improves the supply chain planning and execution within the ESS business. You will execute the vision and goals for Materials Execution, implementing processes to achieve excellence in SIOP, supply planning, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve supply chain issues. Key Responsibilities: Assist in implementing materials plans, production schedules, and support inventory and stores functions. Coordinate with planning, operations, and quality departments. Ensure timely material ordering and resolve related issues. Monitor engineering change requests for data accuracy. Organize monthly meetings to review metrics and analysis. Escalate shortages and potential supply issues. Ensure compliance with GDM and assist with system deployments. Identify and communicate issues impacting the plan (SIOP). Collaborate with procurement, logistics, engineering, finance, and manufacturing. Identify process improvement opportunities across operations. Minimum Requirements: Experience managing, motivating, and guiding a team. At least 1 year of experience with material control systems like MRP/SAP. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field. Experience in materials management, operations, SIOP, inventory, procurement, logistics, or manufacturing. Proven success in optimizing supply chain processes. Strong project management and organizational skills. Leadership experience in organizational change and mentoring. Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
