BFS Associates is recruiting for a Vice President of Finance. The Vice President of Finance will direct all aspects of the company's finance, accounting and reporting. Leads all financial planning and analysis, including financial reporting/planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
MUST HAVE MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the finance department.
Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and financial reports.
Leads the migration from Sage 100 to Sage 100 Manufacturing.
Develops strategies to increase return on investment and profitability.
Develops and maintains key financial models and KPI's.
Oversees the annual RSM accounting review/audit.
Oversees and reviews accounting tasks, including payroll, taxes, and compliance.
Prepares and presents financial reports to the Senior Leadership team, investors, Board of Directors.
Qualifications:
At least 8 years of experience within a manufacturing environment with a history of progressive growth and increasing responsibility.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
CPA is a plus.
Previous experience with Sage manufacturing software is strongly preferred.
Effective communicator with exceptional written and verbal skills.
Demonstrated leadership and business acumen.
Advanced spreadsheet skills.
