Your New Role: Ready to join a scaling company as Director of Marketing & Digital Strategy and lead the charge in accelerating DTC growth with your marketing expertise? As Director of Marketing & Digital Strategy, you’ll guide and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team, craft and execute integrated digital strategies (SEO, SEM, PPC, email, affiliate, and social media campaigns) aligned with business goals and oversee all digital acquisition efforts. With a sharp eye for detail, you’ll design an effective customer journey, lifecycle and retention programs, leverage analytics to track performance, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership. We’re looking for someone with a strong track record in eCommerce, a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to build trust and alignment across different interests. Your leadership will be key in turning data into direction and vision into results. This role is entirely on-site role.
