The Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner I plays a crucial role in supporting global talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals. This role focuses on enhancing recruitment processes and marketing efforts to attract and retain quality talent. Essential Functions: Assists in the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational objectives. Collaborates with team members to support recruitment goals. Supports the evaluation and implementation of talent acquisition technologies and tools. Helps streamline recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience. Contributes to the design and implementation of talent acquisition programs, including employee selection strategies and talent pipeline initiatives. Assists in the development of recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies to enhance employer branding and attract candidates. Utilizes data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Partners with recruiters, HR, and hiring managers to support alignment and integration of talent acquisition strategies across the organization. Stays informed of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in recruitment strategies. Two (2) years of human resources/talent acquisition or business-related experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to support innovation and change. Familiarity with talent acquisition technologies, including applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing platforms. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Basic ability to analyze data to inform decision-making in talent acquisition initiatives Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Digital Recruitment Strategy, Social Media Strategy, Marketing, and Employer Brand. Data Analysis skills. Pay Transparency:

This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law.
