Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant Proven ability to oversee $15M+ in annual revenue Strong P&L and financial management experience Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing FOH teams Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Track record of building positive workplace culture and high retention Authorized to work in the U.S. General Manager Must Haves
Experience leading opening operations of a new restaurant Ability to oversee and develop FOH systems including scheduling, payroll, and onboarding Hands-on presence during service, table touching, and guest engagement Oversight of daily pre-shift meetings and team development Vendor management, inventory, and cost control ownership Collaboration with BOH leadership to maintain high culinary and service standards Work cross-functionally with admin, HR, marketing, IT, and purchasing teams General Manager Preferred Background & Skills
Experience managing multiple service styles, including private events, patio dining, and full bar service Prior exposure to administrative tasks related to FF&E, OS&E, and compliance Familiarity with advanced POS and scheduling systems Proven marketing and promotions experience to drive sales Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to guest ambiance
