We currently have a very exciting opportunity available with our client for a
Talent Acquisition Partner
in
Santa Clara, CA
.
This will be a 6 -month contract role and will be fully onsite.
Responsibilities
Lead on the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position. Utilize/leverage/develop relationships with outside vendors, web sites, and niche posting sites. Efficiently and effectively fill open positions. Conduct regular follow-up with managers/recruiters to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates. Post openings in appropriate venues (social and professional web media, associations, colleges, institutes). Utilize appropriate sourcing channels (Internet, referrals, recruitment vendor, for recruitment. Develop/utilize employment the global employment brand. Utilize/maintain the ATS system for sourcing, reporting, metrics and provide feedback to streamline the recruitment process. Effectively partner with all areas of HR to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires. Utilize recruitment budget within given targets. Train/mentor new recruiters on recruiting processes and tools.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree Required Years of experience: 4 – 7 years Basic understanding of engineering functions/disciplines required Applicant Tracking System experience required Experience with Customer centric, Negotiation, Coaching, Strong written and verbal communication required Experience recruiting for engineering roles, s emiconductor, tech organizations preferred Data analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Tableau experience preferred
Pay Range
The pay range for this position is $ 41.67 to $ 46.67 per hour . Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
