Co-Director of the Norton Children’s Heart Institute .

(U.S. News and World Report 2024-2025). 300-bed Level I Pediatric Trauma Center located on the same block as a state-of-the-art multidisciplinary outpatient office building. Fully integrated academic clinical care model focused on translating clinical research into state-of-the-art bedside care. 70+ providers serving 19 locations across Kentucky and Southern Indiana. 20+ multidisciplinary clinics. Research opportunities with resources available through Norton Children’s Research Institute, affiliated with the UofL School of Medicine. The Division Chief of Pediatric Cardiology will: Advance the program by developing and implementing strategies for growth across clinical, educational, and research domains. Build upon a dynamic team of over 40 cardiology providers, providing mentorship to junior faculty, and expanding the team to meet clinical access needs. As Co-Director, foster strong collaborative relationships with divisions such as Cardiac Surgery, Cardiac ICU, and Cardiac Anesthesiology. Leverage a national and international reputation to elevate the profile of the Heart Institute and achieve regional and national recognition.
