1 Year Contract Raffles Place Key Responsibilities Transaction Management Assist in pre/post-trade processing of Structured Notes transactions Perform reconciliatory checks against trade blotter and trades executed Ensure accuracy of trade blotter and entries in internal system Collaborate with Ops to ensure settlement of trades Maintain library of trade data and portfolio performance Project Management Support project execution and IT enhancements Co-ordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables Report/Presentation Design and Preparation Assist in creating presentation decks by organizing content, designing visuals and collaborating with stakeholders Generate regular/ad-hoc trade data reports for internal stakeholders Refine Workflow Enhance Excel automation solutions using VBA/Python Create clear process documentation and workflow maps Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computing, Engineering or related field preferred Strong numerical and quantitative skills High proficiency in Excel Proficiency in VBA
