Our Client, an American Multinational Clothing and Accessories Retailer company, is looking for a Visual Merchandiser for their San Francisco, CA location.
Responsibilities :
Maintain awareness of current market and visual styling trends, focusing primarily on activewear but encompassing all aspects of styling.
Synthesize competitive styling trends, store experience themes, customer needs, and team creative brainstorms to create innovative updates to the store experience through visual displays.
Manage the in-season sample process for respective divisions.
Collaborate proactively with cross-functional partners and Visual Merchandising teams to support store setup, including outfitting and displays, and prepare presentations for internal teams.
Create mannequin looks and displays for all divisions that enhance the seasonal brand point of view and complement visual merchandising presentations.
Support brand initiatives and family moments by creating front-of-store and window mannequins in partnership with the Visual Merchandising team.
Participate actively in store set operations, ensuring digital and physical outputs meet visual communication standards, regulating project timelines, and meeting all deliverables.
Prepare written communications, including monthly style guides and event updates.
Work with key cross-functional partners (Design, Merchandising, and Stores) to support business objectives.
Support omni-channel brand storytelling to ensure product stories and big ideas come to life, creating a seamless customer experience.
Manage competing priorities between digital and physical sample management and outfitting.
Participate in planning and executing monthly window styling, including adaptations for various store types.
Collaborate with peers to develop and share best practices in systems and processes.
Participate in special projects as needed.
Requirements :
1-2 years of styling and/or retail visual styling store experience.
Elevated fashion and styling sense with the ability to incorporate new trends.
Problem-solving skills with experience in developing creative solutions.
Strong organization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer skills preferred: Microsoft Office, InDesign; knowledge of emerging digital tools.
