Electrical Project Manager

Manage all phases of electrical construction projects from pre-construction to close-out Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and contract documents Review and manage project change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress billings Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings Lead project teams to meet deadlines and deliver quality results Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting Requirements: 7+ years of experience in electrical construction project management Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction drawings, and code requirements Experience managing commercial or industrial electrical projects Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Seniority level
