Job Description
What you will do:
Collaborate with design, engineering, product management, and your technical writing lead to create and maintain user-focused documentation for multiple application features.
Learn ServiceNow’s content development processes, DITA information model, and style standards.
Gain a basic understanding of ServiceNow’s products, user base, and specific features you support.
Deliver content that helps users achieve their goals quickly, positively impacting customer success.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI tools or automating workflows.
Understanding of content development life cycles and processes.
1-2 years of experience in technical communication (including internships).
Samples of technical writing demonstrating clear communication of complex ideas.
Experience with structured authoring in DITA, Markdown, or similar.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong teamwork and individual management skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $78,900 - $122,300, along with benefits, equity, and incentive compensation, depending on location and qualifications.
