The Senior Director of Dermatology Consumer Marketing is responsible for leading the development and implementation of US marketing strategies for all current and future Dermatology indications, leading the US Dermatology consumer team, and collaborating with cross functional partners to ensure strategic alignment and execution. This role will report to the Executive Director, Dermatology Marketing Lead.

Leading the development of the Consumer Dermatology strategy and ensuring it aligns with the overall brand strategy across all current and future Dermatology indications. Leading strategic alignment of Consumer strategy across all Dermatology indications Strong collaboration in matrix working environment and within a strategic alliance Effectively conveying and advocating for the Consumer Dermatology strategy among key internal team members and throughout the alliance to ensure patient insights are embedded across all functional plans Leading the development of Consumer competitive strategy to address current and future competitors The role may be for you if:
You demonstrate strategic, scientific, and analytical competence and focused on delivering results You can demonstrate leadership and have experience managing high-performing teams Your are knowledgeable in DTC media and return on investment analysis across all DTC channels You can effectively communicate and present, capable of articulating complex strategies to partners of all levels, including Senior Leaders, regardless of their technical background You can focus on execution and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment To be considered for this role, we need you to have 15+ years of progressive industry or relevant professional experience in strategic roles with a focus on Consumer omnichannel strategy and franchise management. We are also requiring you to have a bachelors degree.
