Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. from a reputed institution. 15+ years of software engineering experience in a related industry. 7+ years managing and mentoring software engineering teams. 4+ years managing other managers. Proven success in building scalable software products. Experience leveraging GenAI technology in software products. Strong skills in system architecture, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making. Ability to influence and collaborate with business and product teams. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with executives and teams. Customer obsession and an agile mindset. Strong ownership and urgency.
