to lead our next phase of growth. Youll own the marketing P&L, set strategy across paid, organic, influencer, and retention, and build a lean team that delivers measurable results. Responsibilities Develop and own the marketing strategy across all channels Manage budgets and improve CAC/LTV efficiency Hire, lead, and mentor a small but powerful marketing team Oversee creative excellence in brand and performance channels Partner cross-functionally with product and operations on launches Manage agencies while building internal capabilities Report directly to the CEO on key KPIs Requirements 6+ years in marketing leadership roles for high-growth DTC brands Strong expertise in both brand building and performance marketing Track record of reducing CAC and growing LTV Experience managing and inspiring high-performing teams Data-driven, agile, and execution-focused Bonus: apparel, lifestyle, or healthcare background Why Join Us Direct impact on the brands growth and profitability Ability to shape a category-defining brands future Agile, high-ownership environment Ready to make your mark?
