Goldman Sachs leverages unique data, including proprietary content, analytics, and research, to harness the power of Generative AI. We seek a Generative AI Scientist to join our GenAI Solutions team, playing a pivotal role in adopting cutting-edge AI technologies and interacting directly with our business units. You will contribute to domains such as boosting developer productivity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and knowledge graphs for information retrieval. You will address challenges in generative AI within the financial domain and help develop Goldman’s AI Assistant to empower our business. Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate to advance production machine-learning systems and applications. Conceptualize, experiment with, and assess AI-based software systems. Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, production-ready code. Demonstrate technical leadership by leading cross-team projects. Develop RAG techniques to enhance AI systems. Contribute to increasing developer productivity with Generative AI. Required Qualifications:

Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience. Extensive experience in software development for quantitative investment workflows. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, or Java. About Goldman Sachs:
