Description
As a Youth Support Partner in the Wrap Around - Charlotte department, you will:
Provide education and assistance in navigating child-serving systems (child welfare, education, behavioral/mental health, juvenile justice, primary care, etc.).
Support youth and others working with them to understand youth culture, express their needs, goals, and decisions.
Role model effective behaviors, healthy relationships, positive responses to stress, and social skills.
Mentor youth for 9-12 months, supporting 14-21 youth in school, home, and community settings, with weekly sessions of up to 90 minutes, in person or virtual.
Work a flexible schedule, typically around 9 am-5 pm, excluding weekends and on-call hours, in Charlotte and surrounding areas.
What does this position offer?
Starting Pay Range: $15.38-$16.34 hourly

Requirements
High school diploma/GED or Associate degree in Human Services.
At least 1 year of experience working with youth.
Valid Driver’s License and compliance with credentialing standards.
Pass a drug screening and background check.
