Summary
In this role you will lead our end-to-end supply chain and procurement strategy. This executive will play a critical role in optimizing procurement, planning, logistics, inventory, and distribution, while upholding our unwavering commitment to sustainability, organic integrity, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute a forward-looking supply chain strategy aligned with our growth, sustainability, and operational goals. Lead procurement and sourcing initiatives with a focus on ethical, sustainable, and cost-effective suppliers. Oversee planning and inventory optimization to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time, while minimizing waste and excess. Manage logistics and distribution networks that drives both efficiency and service excellence. Support digital transformation through the implementation and evolution of ERP and supply chain technologies to improve visibility, agility, and forecasting. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Finance, and Operations to support innovation and market expansion. Ensure regulatory compliance with food safety, and sustainability standards, working closely with quality and certification bodies. Build and inspire a high-performing, purpose-driven supply chain team rooted in accountability, innova-tion, and continuous improvement.
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain within the CPG or food manu-facturing space, with 5+ years in an executive role. Deep knowledge of protein-based food supply chains, certifications, and sustainability practices. Demonstrated success in leading complex, high-volume operations and driving measurable improve-ments in service, cost, and quality. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), demand planning tools, and advanced supply chain analytics. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. A passion for mission-driven work, organic food, and creating a positive impact on people
