We are seeking a Machine Learning (ML) Engineer to innovate and apply cutting-edge research in ML to address complex data challenges. Your work will impact Apple Intelligence, future Apple products, and the ML ecosystem. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on data-model co-design and develop frameworks for data generation and curation for Apple Intelligence foundation models. Responsibilities include building model evaluation pipelines for continuous improvement, publishing research, and exploring synthetic data generation across vision, text, and audio domains. You will also develop semi-supervised and self-supervised learning techniques and automate data generation pipelines, staying current with industry trends. Minimum Qualifications
Expertise in computer vision, NLP, and machine learning with a focus on data-centric ML. Knowledge of generative AI and multi-modal LLM trends. Strong programming skills in Python, PyTorch, or Jax. M.S. in Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields. Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in ML application development and data quality improvement. Publication record in conferences like CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ph.D. in relevant areas is a plus. Salary ranges from $171,600 to $302,200, based on skills and experience.
