Responsibilities
Be part of a fast-paced, high energy team supporting the Strategic Systems Programs Re-Entry Branch on the SLCM-N program as a Senior Program Analyst. An understanding of DoD or NNSA programs is required to be successful in supporting the mission. The Senior Program Analyst should possess strong technical writing and communication skills and be highly skilled with Microsoft Office, including Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. The candidate will represent the Re-Entry Branch at various meetings and must have a comprehensive understanding of project management from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Solve complex technical problems with innovative solutions.
Work closely with project stakeholders to establish technical processes and procedures.
Create and review technical documents and presentations for quality control, used in meetings with senior government and military officials.
Support projects throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to closure, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure success.
Ensure compliance with client requirements and government standards through formal verification methods.
Develop Plans of Action and Milestones, and create program schedules highlighting major milestones and events.
Communicate issues, risks, or program status effectively during high-level review meetings.
Support working groups as technical secretary or action officer, preparing meeting materials and technical minutes.
Represent the Re-Entry Branch as a customer liaison at various meetings.
Identify areas of concern through data and process analysis and recommend improvements.
Drive work products to completion.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree (BS 8-10 years, MS 6-8 years, PhD 3-5 years). Education can be substituted for military service and subject matter expertise in nuclear programs.
Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with ability to develop program tracking and documentation tools.
Ability to author technical documents, program plans, and master schedules.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Passion for learning, assisting others, sharing knowledge, and adding value to the mission.
Desired:
Experience with SSP or NNSA programs.
Equal Pay Act
This position offers a projected salary range of $85,515.87 to $166,083.57, with final compensation influenced by experience, skills, location, education, and certifications.
