Product Engineer - Custom Silicon Management

Review product development plans and drive execution, including characterization, correlation, GR&R, etc. Perform data analysis, characterization, and fault isolation to determine root causes of issues. Collaborate with design, process, and test engineers to identify and implement corrective actions for both new and mature products and technologies. Define and finalize production screening guard-band specifications based on design intent and characterization results. Conduct statistical data analysis on large data sets, perform yield analyses, and correlation analyses at all test levels, including Pareto analysis and statistics. Develop characterization plans and generate detailed reports. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant industry experience. Experience with ATE characterization and data collection from test programs. Experience analyzing analog and digital IC evaluation reports. Preferred Qualifications
High-volume manufacturing experience with analog and digital ICs. Proficiency in statistical data analysis. Experience managing high-volume product yields. Ability to define and lead design of experiments for root cause analysis. Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers. Prior product engineering experience with sophisticated system designs. Note: Apple offers a competitive total compensation package, including base pay, stock options, benefits, and educational reimbursement.
