Dentrust Optimized Care Solutions . Attention all Optometrists: we are calling on you to work with us providing refractions, eyeglass fittings, and treatment to our Military Service members. We will primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays in the State of __ on an "as needed" basis. We provide health readiness services to meet the medical requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following: U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) Army National Guard (ARNG) U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR) U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES) U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR) Air National Guard (ANG) U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR) Responsibilities Perform refractions and eyeglass fittings with equipment provided by DOCS Health. Requirements Active and unrestricted license/certification in the state Available for weekends and occasional weekdays Passionate, friendly, and caring Experience working with military - preferred Join our trusted team with over three decades of experience, dedicated to delivering a new standard of care through innovative models like fixed clinics, mobile treatment centers, telemedicine, and portable deployment. ________________________________________ Additional Information: If you are made a conditional offer of employment, a background check (including criminal record check) and drug screening are required.
