An Admissions RN assesses patients and families, presents hospice services, and facilitates admissions. Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, documenting assessments, coordinating care, and educating families about hospice care. The role requires collaborating with physicians and team members to ensure smooth transitions and comprehensive care. Minimum Qualifications: Current CA RN license and CPR certification 1 year hospice RN experience Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle Understanding of hospice philosophy and terminally ill patient care Strong observation, communication, and nursing skills Self-motivated with minimal supervision Additional Details:
