What You Bring Required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) Minimum of 3 years of relevant engineering experience; EIT preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, and/or electrical systems Ability to interpret MEP and architectural construction documents Excellent communication skills — verbal, written, and interpersonal Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Comfortable working both independently and within a team Willingness to travel (local and out-of-state), including multi-day site visits Preferred: Familiarity with commissioning processes or building performance standards Experience using commissioning software and tracking tools Background in consulting engineering or construction environments Why Join EEI?
