This individual will help lead the development of a cutting-edge SaaS product currently in MVP stage and scaling for launch with three customers by year-end. The role is based in a fast-paced R&D environment focused on real-time production and continuous feature deployment. In this role, you'll lead a global team of junior and senior developers, provide architectural guidance, and drive technical excellence across engineering best practices-including security, code quality, and non-functional metrics. You'll play a key role in scaling the product, influencing design decisions, and supporting a long-term roadmap of innovation.
