Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Elevate in-store experience by modeling Customer Experience Leader (CEL) behaviors and coaching associates to achieve store goals and KPIs. Respond promptly to customer and associate requests or feedback. Maintain store standards to ensure a positive customer experience, including opening/closing procedures, cleaning, recovery, and maintenance.
