Full-time position
Working 72 hours every two weeks
Day shifts between the hours of 7:30a.m.and 4:00p.m.
Pay rate based on experience with a minimum rate of $18.18/hour (CMA)
$2,000 (CMA) sign-on bonus*

Job Summary:
Provide patient focused rooming for all types of clinic visits.
Communicate results and other pertinent medical information to patients and providers.
Assist in assuring the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed timely and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) with one of the following:
American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) American Medical Technologists (AMT) Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) National Healthcareer Association (NHA) National Association for Health Professionals, Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA) Nationally Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA)
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy Ability to understand patients medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff At least one year of clinical experience with demonstrated competencies in the practice of Med Surg or Oncology nursing and/or clinic experience is preferred. *Sign-on bonus requirements : To be eligible for the sign-on bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare/Carris for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
