Job Summary
MathWorks has a hybrid work model that enables staff members to split their time between office and home. The hybrid model provides the advantage of having both in-person time with colleagues and flexible at-home life optimizations.
Working under the direction of the Manager or Senior Team Lead, you will be responsible for:
Designing, developing and testing sophisticated data warehouse software.
Designing and developing data mart solutions to provide MathWorks with valuable customer and product insights.
Profiling and understanding large amounts of source data, including structured and semi-structured data.
Collaborating with stakeholders to address data and system gaps and developing integrations with other company data.
Translating user requirements into data models and data mart designs.
Designing and developing ETL processes to load data into MathWorks' data marts using a variety of tools, including BusinessObjects Data Services.
Conducting thorough testing of data mart solutions to ensure quality.
Conducting performance tuning, troubleshooting and operational support.
Providing support and mentoring to end users to support their data needs.
Participating in 24/7 on-call support every two months.
